Walkin’ Talkin’ Mums is a national lottery funded scheme that provides free outdoor sessions for mums that support mental and physical wellbeing. Led my pre/postnatal specialists they’re a mix of walking, postnatal exercise and time to connect with other mums.
The sessions usually start up around May, and run every Friday until mid October in Woodbank Park, Stockport.

If other children attend, they are most welcome, but must be able to keep up with a grown up pace (e.g in pram or on buggy board), as the main focus is pre/postnatal
