Designed for your postnatal wellbeing, this is your safe return to exercise. Forget the pressure to ‘bounce back’, RESTORE is a pilates-based safe return to exercise that’s perfect post-birth. This class is designed for new mums who want to build a strong foundation with a focus on the core and pelvic floor, whatever your ability. Led by PT, postnatal specialist and mum of two Marianna, this class is safe for diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction. Pre-walking babies welcome. Mats and equipment provided.
